This distribution was developed on a Sun Solaris platform using gcc as the compiler. It parses a VHDL description and applies pre-synthesis optimizations using Timed Decision Tables. The source code has a complete VHDL parser in it.

To install the distribution, unpack and do a make in the directory "src". Run the executable "bin/Topts" and type help at the command prompt.
